Ingrediëntenlijst

Allergens, ingredients and the label

What you must avoid, what you would rather not eat, and how the label works: per allergen and per ingredient the names it goes by on a Dutch label, and which products at Albert Heijn, Jumbo, PLUS, Dirk and Hoogvliet do not contain it.

Allergies

The fourteen allergens that EU law requires on every label, plus lactose. Per allergen: the other names it appears under, where cross-contamination comes from, and the products without it.

All allergens (in Dutch) — also the hundreds of species and substances manufacturers list besides the fourteen, from hazelnut to coriander.

Ingredients

Not everything people avoid is an allergen. These are the other things shoppers read the ingredient list for.
